What a special day it is!!

Today is a special one. It's like the 4th of July, only it's the 24th... of September!

We're guests on the ChooseFI Podcast!! We've listened to this podcast from the beginning and it's quite an honor to be hosted on the show!

I was hoping you could direct me to the exact person that you spoke with about setting up a business 401k so that I can do it the correct way. Maybe if I talk to the right person tyhey'll know what I'm talking about...

I don't typically give that out, simply because it's a local place and it doesn't cater to people in different areas. But, I will say that you can call any of the major providers and they will give you a list of approved 3rd party administrators that you can call and talk to.

Then once you have talked to them, you can make sure to allow for certain provisions in your plan by-laws. Depending on the admin, you might have to hand hold them a little , but there's enough info out there for you to lead them through it pretty easily.

That's what I did... and I'm definitely not an expert in this at all.
